How will I know what questions to ask? Does StoryCorps have suggested questions for my interview?

If you aren't sure what questions you should ask during your interview, you could start by taking a look at StoryCorps' Great Questions for some inspiration. In addition to accessing the full question lists on our website, you can also create custom question lists using the StoryCorps App and on archive.storycorps.org. You'll find step by step instructions on how to create your custom question list in the Help Center articles below.

It is impossible to cover a whole lifetime in one 40-minute conversation, so we suggest thinking of a few topics you’d like to cover, and making a list of five to 10 questions to get started. From there, just be curious, and let the conversation flow!
