How do I reset my password using the StoryCorps App?

In 2022, we launched a new version of our App, this article relates to the latest version. To figure out which version you’re on or get help for Version 1, check out this article!

To reset your password via the StoryCorps App:

  • Open the StoryCorps App.
  • Scroll down and press “Forgot Password.” You’ll be redirected to our “Reset Password” page.
  • On this screen, enter your email address and click “Reset Your Password.” We’ll immediately email you a reset link that will let you log in to your account.
  • Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.

2. Scroll down and press “Forgot Password.” You’ll be redirected to our “Reset Password” page.

3. On this screen, enter your email address and click “Reset Your Password.”

Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
