If you can't remember the username or password for your archive.storycorps.org account, you can use the email address you created your account with to reset your password and retrieve your username. To reset your password on archive.storycorps.org:
- Select the Log In option in the upper right corner of the archive.storycorps.org landing page.
- Next, select Log In on the Create Your Account/Log In page.
- Select Forgot Password? below the Username and Password fields.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and select Reset Password.
From there, you'll receive an email from StoryCorps Archive with the subject line Your StoryCorps Password Reset Link. Use the link in that email to reset your password (your username will appear in parenthesis above the password reset link.)
