Yes. You can use the StoryCorps Archive, StoryCorps App, and StoryCorps Connect as long as you do so in accordance with the laws of your own jurisdiction(s) and pursuant to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you are a European Union ("EU") citizen, resident, or otherwise based in the EU, you cannot create an account and record an interview.
