Here's a step-by-step guide for testing your video and audio set-up before joining your Connect250 Conversation.

To run the pre-test prior to scheduling or joining a video conversation with your Connect250 match, please complete the following steps:

  1. Click this link. The test should begin automatically.
  2. Say something so the test can confirm the microphone is receiving sound.
  3. As the test progresses, you'll see two graphs displaying your audio and video connection stability.
  4. When it's finished, you'll be taken to a results screen which should display any errors or software incompatibilities.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the results page, select Save this data as simple text, and copy/paste that text into a document to confirm whether or not your device and WiFi set-up is optimal for Connect250.
